Takara holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree and enjoys treating a wide range of injuries. He takes the time to understand each person's needs and genuinely cares about helping them achieve their individual goals.
His approach combines patient-centred care with evidence-based practice. By working together, Takara helps you build a practical, personalised plan around what matters most to you — whether that's returning to sport, moving more comfortably or feeling more confident in everyday life.
Outside of physiotherapy, Takara enjoys staying active through pickleball, basketball, tennis and other sports.
